Bina Imli Ke Sambar Kaise Banega

Sambar ek swadisht dakshin Bharatiya dish hai, jise aam taur par lentils, sabziyan, imli aur masalo ka mishran banakar banaya jata hai. Lekin, agar aapke paas imli nahi hai, to chinta mat kijiye! Imli ke badle khatta karne wale tatva

  1. Tamatar: Tamatar sambar ke liye imli ka bahut accha vikalp hai. Yah prakritik roop se khatta hota hai aur ismein ek svadisht chatpatapan jodta hai.

  2. Nimbu ka ras: Nimbu ka ras sambar ko khatta karne ke liye ek aur accha vikalp hai. Yah bahut hi prasiddh hai aur ismein ek tej taral swad jodta hai.

  3. Aamchur: Aamchur sambar ke liye khatta karne wala masala hai jo hare aam se banaya jata hai. Yah bharatiya bhojan mein khatta karne ke liye aam taur par upayog kiya jata hai.

  4. Dahi: Dahi sambar ke liye khatta karne ke liye ek aur lokpriya tatva hai. Yah khaas taur par tab accha hota hai jab aap ismein ek creami texture jodna chahte hain.

Ab jab hamare paas khatta karne wale tatva taiyar hain, chaliye sambar banane ki recipe par aage badhte hain.

Sambar ke liye samagri:

1 cup toor dal 2 cup mishrit sabziyan (jaise baingan, bhindi, gajar aur beans) 1 pyaz, kaat kar 2 tamatar, kaat kar 3 hari mirch, bichha kar 1 tbsp sambar powder 1 tsp haldi powder 1 tbsp tel Namak swad anusar Paani Dhaniya patti, garnish ke liye

Tempering ke liye:

1 tsp sarson ke beej 1 tsp jeera 2 sukhi lal mirch 1 curry patta ka tana 1 tbsp tel

Vidhi:

  1. Toor dal ko dho kar 30 minute ke liye bhigo den aur phir paani se chhan kar 3 cup paani ke sath cooker mein dal kar gudgudiyon ke sath pakaye jab tak yah mulayam ho jaye.

  2. Alag se ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein sarson ke beej dalen. Jab beej phootne lage, usmein jeera, sukhi lal mirch aur curry patta dalen. Kuchh second tak bhunein.

  3. Pyaz aur hari mirch dal kar bhunein jab tak pyaz transparent na ho jaye.

  4. Half-cooked sabziyon, haldi powder aur namak dalen aur achchhe se milayein. Sabziyon ko 5-7 minute tak pakayen jab tak yah adha-pak jaye.Ab ismein tamatar aur sambar powder dalein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein jab tak tamatar mulayam na ho jayein.

  5. Ab ismein cooker mein pakaye hue toor dal ko milayein aur achchhe se mix karein. Ismein paani dalein jab tak yah ek ache consistency ka paste na ban jaye.

  6. Ab ismein dhaniya patti dalen aur ek baar achchhe se milayein.

  7. Sambar ko kuchh minute ke liye pakayein jab tak yah ache se garam na ho jaye. Sambar ko dhaniya patti se garnish karke serve karein.
